Fix Stage Inspection
Pre-Paint Fix
These two inspections are carried out at the same time.
Slab
This inspection covers all aspects of the plasterwork, including skirting, architraves, and cornices. We also check all doors and windows, along with fittings and fixtures such as cabinetry. Additionally, we inspect the brickwork which at this time is usually completed but not yet cleaned or caulked.
Any defects identified during your pre-plaster or lockup inspection will also be re-checked and addressed in this report to ensure nothing is missed.
